Eloxx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing exaluren, an investigational small molecule designed to modulate the ribosome and promote readthrough of premature stop codons induced by nonsense mutations, enabling production of full-length functional proteins. Eloxx is advancing exaluren for rare kidney diseases, with an active Phase 2b study in nonsense mutation Alport syndrome (NMAS) and a program in development for nonsense mutation ADPKD.
